It is clear that the "recruitment" model should be retired. The new model is laudable in the abstract. It would be useful to illustrate with concrete success stories. Beyond startegizing and attracting finance, someone needs to implement a business idea and generate revenue, jobs (and perhaps profit). Faruq Marikar
